Here is a picture of Damon on campus.
Damon had his first day of class this past Tuesday. Things went well and he was really impressed with his teacher. Here is his "first day of school" picture. (He is standing outside of our apartment building.) He was begging me to take this picture. He goes to class on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
This is a picture from O-Week (orientation week). There were hundreds of students of campus, plenty of free food and booths representing every club on campus.

Damon, I dont know if it is Australia in the background, or your freshly ironed shirt, but you are already starting to look a bit more hip. Hows the accent coming?

So glad to hear that Damon feels good about his classes so far. Of course, I would have a hard time focusing in class what with all of the awesome accents abounding around me. I'm betting Damon doesn't have that problem......

Mom and I are in the library in San Leandro!! Had to show her your blog. Mom enjoyed seeing the pictures of your apartment and around Aussieland.
The flight and weather are/were both good. We just walked up to the hamburger place across from the library and had lunch. Guess we will start our walk back home. Love you, Mom xox

Wow so you guys are over here Ozzy too. We are in Brisbane in Queensland and loving it!!! We live in North Brisbane near Redcliffe and have been here 10 months.If you guys need a holiday in the sunshine come on up.WE live about an hour from Surfers Paradise and all the big theme parks- Movie World, Dream World Sea World etc. and close to the beaches.Take care Corinna and Mark Burrows
